粉蒸肉 steamed pork ribs

媽媽的菜~

豬排骨/五花肉 pork ribs
地瓜/芋頭/南瓜 sweet potato/taro/pumpkin
蒸肉粉 steam pork powder

醃料:
醬油 soy sauce
酒 rice wine
辣豆腐乳(媽媽的祕密)spicy fermented tofu

1 - 豬排骨用醬油,酒,辣豆腐乳醃一小時

2 - 地瓜/芋頭/南瓜 切塊,鋪在大碗裡面


3 - 醃好的豬肉滾上蒸肉粉,鋪在地瓜/芋頭/南瓜上


4 - 放入電鍋蒸兩到三次

大功告成!!
  1. 豬排骨用醬油,酒,辣豆腐乳醃一小時 marinate pork in soy sauce, rice wine, and fermented tofu
  2. 地瓜/芋頭/南瓜 切塊,鋪在大碗裡面 cut veggie into chunks and lay them in the bottom of a big bowl 
  3. 醃好的豬肉滾上蒸肉粉,鋪在地瓜/芋頭/南瓜上 coat pork with the steam pork powder, lay them on top of the veggie
  4. 放入電鍋蒸兩到三次 steam until done
*小Ami 慘痛的經驗 >.<": 地瓜很難煮熟,可先個別蒸一次再和肉一起蒸 (加一點點水會比較快熟)
