臘肉炒豆乾
過年要吃臘肉~
ㄅㄨㄅㄨ的表嫂送我們一條自製臘肉 (有吃又有拿 :P)。剛好冰箱有豆乾,想到媽媽超下飯的臘肉炒豆乾,就趕快去買蒜苗回來炒~
臘肉(多謝 Vivian 好好吃的自製臘肉 ^-^"/)
豆乾 4塊
蒜苗 2根
辣椒
辣椒醬
蒜苗洗淨,切段
豆乾切片(本人偏愛斜切,切出來寬寬的豆乾片)
如豆乾是鹹的,最好川燙一下,要不然會鹹死 :P
臘肉&辣椒切片
蒜苗白+辣椒爆香
加入臘肉片炒至熟
下蒜苗綠,豆乾片,辣椒醬拌炒即可!
*心得/感想:
臘肉本身就很有味道了,不須加鹽或醬油。蒜苗多多加大好!
