地瓜/芋頭/南瓜 sweet potato/taro/pumpkin
蒸肉粉 steam pork powder
醃料:
醬油 soy sauce
酒 rice wine
辣豆腐乳(媽媽的祕密)spicy fermented tofu
1 - 豬排骨用醬油,酒,辣豆腐乳醃一小時 |
2 - 地瓜/芋頭/南瓜 切塊,鋪在大碗裡面 |
3 - 醃好的豬肉滾上蒸肉粉,鋪在地瓜/芋頭/南瓜上 |
4 - 放入電鍋蒸兩到三次 |
大功告成!! |
- 豬排骨用醬油,酒,辣豆腐乳醃一小時 marinate pork in soy sauce, rice wine, and fermented tofu
- 地瓜/芋頭/南瓜 切塊,鋪在大碗裡面 cut veggie into chunks and lay them in the bottom of a big bowl
- 醃好的豬肉滾上蒸肉粉,鋪在地瓜/芋頭/南瓜上 coat pork with the steam pork powder, lay them on top of the veggie
- 放入電鍋蒸兩到三次 steam until done
