偷呷步誒蘋果派
在美國做甜點是很容易的事,派皮有現成的, 烤箱也是家家戶戶必備的。 今年的感恩節沒有心情做真正的蘋果派,就來個簡易酥皮蘋果派來應景吧。
綠蘋果 green apples
檸檬汁 lemon juice
水(份量是蘋果的1/3) water (1/3 of the apple)
糖 sugar
太白粉 corn starch
肉桂粉 cinnamon powder
* 想要“大人味”的話請加一點點辣椒粉 dash of paprika
現成酥皮 store bought puff pastry
*豪華版:
香草冰淇淋 vanilla ice cream
鮮奶油 whipped cream
薄荷 mint
- 蘋果切小丁 dice the apples
- 用少許檸檬汁拌入蘋果丁 add some lemon juice to the apples
- 水煮開 boil water
- 加入糖,煮到溶化 add sugar to the water, cook until it's melted
- 加入蘋果丁,肉桂粉,&辣椒粉 add apples, cinnamon, and paprika
- 如果湯汁太多,加一匙太白粉 add corn starch if your sauce is too watery
- 烤酥皮 bake the puff pastry as instructed
