簡易蘋果派 easy apple pie

在美國做甜點是很容易的事,派皮有現成的, 烤箱也是家家戶戶必備的。 今年的感恩節沒有心情做真正的蘋果派,就來個簡易酥皮蘋果派來應景吧。

綠蘋果 green apples
檸檬汁 lemon juice
水(份量是蘋果的1/3) water (1/3 of the apple)
糖 sugar
太白粉 corn starch
肉桂粉 cinnamon powder
* 想要“大人味”的話請加一點點辣椒粉  dash of paprika
現成酥皮 store bought puff pastry
*豪華版:
香草冰淇淋 vanilla ice cream
鮮奶油 whipped cream
薄荷 mint
  1. 蘋果切小丁 dice the apples
  2. 用少許檸檬汁拌入蘋果丁 add some lemon juice to the apples
  3. 水煮開 boil water
  4. 加入糖,煮到溶化 add sugar to the water, cook until it's melted
  5. 加入蘋果丁,肉桂粉,&辣椒粉 add apples, cinnamon, and paprika
  6. 如果湯汁太多,加一匙太白粉 add corn starch if your sauce is too watery
  7. 烤酥皮 bake the puff pastry as instructed
  8. 把蘋果淋在酥皮上,加一大球的香草冰淇淋~~~ ^.<*/ build your pie as you wish & enjoy
