紅燒排骨 Chinese Honey ribs

婆婆的紅燒排骨香的不得了!有次害我無法專心看書,馬上飛到廚房想偷吃 ~.~ 剛剛好週末買了一包排骨,就來試試看小米式紅燒排骨吧!

排骨 ribs
薑 ginger
大蒜 garlic
酒 rice wine
醬油 soy sauce
蜂蜜 honey/rock sugar (use either one, they both have different taste)
水 water
  1. 排骨用醬油,酒醃 marinate the ribs with soy sauce and rice wine
  2. 用一點點油爆香薑和大蒜 add ginger and garlic to hot oil, stir fry until the scent is released
  3. 下排骨一起炒,邊加醬油和蜂蜜直到上色 add ribs, soy and honey/rock sugar, stir fry to get the color & glossiness
  4. 加一碗水,中火煮到只剩一點點湯 keep adding a little bit of water at a time(half cup?) cook until the ribs are tender
*心得:第一次煮就很好吃,真高興!不過有"蜜汁火腿"的味道..... 可能是蜂蜜的關係... 該改名為"蜜汁排骨"嗎?!
